I have a degree in management information systems and have developed my skills in product management; I approach problems from both a product- and user-centric perspective.

I enjoy analyzing why users continue using certain products, where friction occurs and how small UX decisions can improve retention, motivation and overall experience.

Recently, I’ve been exploring product thinking through case studies, UX analysis and personal product concepts while improving my understanding of product strategy, engagement systems and structured user flows.
